HCAI Performance Meter Explanation:
The HCAI performance meter provides users with a quick view of the HCAI on-line application.

When the indicator is green, users should experience a normal transaction processing time. If users are experiencing slow downs, users should first check if there are issues with their system or internet. |

When the indicator is yellow, some users may experience issues with the HCAI on-line application or integration components. Users do not need to call HCAI technical helpdesk, the issues are being investigated and updates will be posted on the HCAI performance meter (click on the yellow box for more detailed information).
