E-Learning - Claim/Claimant Administration

Our narrated video demo series for claims administrators was developed to isolate the key actions involved in managing claimants and the forms which are submitted to an insurance company. The e-learning videos can be viewed at a user's desktop, and most are less than five minutes long.

HCAI Desktop Features- This video provides an in-depth review of the HCAI Adjuster homepage. This is a good starting point for beginner users to understand how to open a form, re-sort their worklist and use tools such as the online Insurer User Manual and the search function.

Cannot be Matched - Claims Administrators will routinely review forms which have been sent to an Insurer in error. This video will review the steps required to send a form back to the submitting facility.

Transfer of Documents - In the event that a form is submitted to an incorrect branch, HCAI may automatically transfer it to the correct branch, or a claims administrator may need to redirect it manually. This video reviews the process.

Reassignment of Claimant to a new Adjuster - From time to time it may be necessary to update a claimant's adjuster assignment because of transfer of files or because an adjuster has left the organization. This recording will review the actions needed to transfer a claimant to a new adjuster.
