HCAI provides a common platform for the creation and transmission of key OCF forms for both Health Care Facilities and Ontario Auto Insurers. HCAI’s validation and error identification functionality will assist HCAI users to complete the revised forms successfully.
Tutorial information by way of guides and eLearning videos is available to assist health care facility users of the HCAI system understand the changes to the existing forms.

2010 Auto Insurance Reforms Webcast: What You Need to Know
On June 17, 2010, Insurance Bureau of Canada (IBC) and the Coalition Representing Health Professionals in Automobile Insurance Reform held a half-day webinar entitled 2010 Auto Insurance Reforms Webcast: What You Need to Know. A panel of industry, government and health care representatives provided an overview of Ontario’s 2010 auto insurance reforms and covered topics such as minor injury, minor injury guideline and revised claims forms.
