Before you call Helpdesk for a Password Reset,
Tips for clinic/practice managers:
- Password resets can be done internally, at your facility, by a user who has "User Administration" rights
- Ensure that staff know who the User Administrator is in your facility. That way, if a user becomes suspended due to entering an incorrect password, the password can be reset internally

Technical Problems/System Performance, click here
If the HCAI web application is not working the way the user manual says it should, or if you are experiencing crashes, report the problem to the Technical Helpdesk at 1-888-422-4123.
Tips for Users:
- Determine if you are able to access other websites (there may be a network problem at your end – contact your ISP in this case)
- Are other users in your office experiencing the same non-network issue?
Please be sure to tell them:
- What is the problem? If you can keep a screen shot, that may be useful in diagnosis.
- What were you doing when you experienced the problem (e.g. which OCF form, what activity in what tab, etc)
