Accessing HCAI using Practice Management Software

  • If you are already using practice management software (PMS) and your PMS vendor is integrated with HCAI, your business practices may not have to change. You may be able to submit forms to HCAI from within your PMS. Check with your vendor.
  • If you don't already have PMS, click here for a list of PMS vendors with software that will interact with HCAI while possibly streamlining the form completion process and/or offering other business management functions.
  • Ask your vendor whether their system will work with dial-up.
  • There may be a cost involved in purchasing and/or maintaining the software.
