E-Learning - Adjudication

Our narrated video demo series for adjusters was developed to isolate the key functions that adjusters need to carry out on HCAI. The e-learning videos can be viewed at an adjuster's desktop, and most are less than five minutes long.

HCAI Desktop Features - This video provides an in-depth review of the HCAI Adjuster homepage. This is a good starting point for beginner users to understand how to open a form, re-sort their worklist and use tools such as the online Insurer User Manual and the search function.

Adjudication General - Adjudicating a form or invoice in the HCAI system is the main function adjusters will perform. This segment will review an adjuster's different choices and approaches to adjudication in HCAI.

Adjudication - OCF 23 - This Pre-Approved Form operates slightly differently than the other OFC forms on the HCAI system. This tutorial will outline the unique options and how to use them effectively.

Amend / Withdraw / Duplicate Forms - Sometimes adjudication is not as simple as approving or not approving. This video will look at the non-standard cases and the tools available to help you manage them.

Attachments - How are attachments received in HCAI and what do the guidelines mandate in terms of adjusters' responsibilities and response times? These topics will be reviewed in this video.
