HCAI Support During the Holiday Season
Limited assistance will be available from our Operations Team during the holidays, from Wednesday, December 24th, 2025 to Friday, January 2nd, 2026. Navigate HCAIinfo’s menu items for step-by-step instructions and how-to videos to any of your inquiries related to the application.
For password resets, an HCAI user at your Facility with access to the Manage tab > User Management sub-tab can manually reset your password. To learn how to complete this process, visit the Login Help page. If you are an Authorizing Officer and you need us to manually reset your password, please complete the Contact Form on HCAIinfo.
Upcoming scheduled system unavailability
Occasionally, HCAI will schedule an outage window to perform necessary updates to the HCAI system.
During an outage, visitors to www.hcai.ca will be unable to sign in and a generic, web-browser generated message indicating that the webpage is unavailable will display.
To assist users during an outage, the HCAI system status at www.hcaiinfo.ca will display red with the outage message.
The ongoing maintenance window for HCAI is on Sundays from 2 a.m. (ET) to 6 a.m. (ET). However, our Operations team may need to have these hours extended from time to time.
